Staff is excellent and helpful and you can park your car on-site. Perfect location, walk from a train station if needed. The hotel is in a very convenient area.

We got room with beautiful decor and a fairly clean bathroom to relax. The location was ideal and nice - very close to convenience stores, drug stores, arcades, restaurants, and a daiso nearby and a bus stop and subway station and Tokyo Disneyland or Disneysea.

I recently had a great stay at this hotel in a fantastic location. It's strategically situated near a train station, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms were exactly as shown in the pictures, clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service. The breakfast selection was good, although a little more variety would be nice. a value for money stay with attention to detail.

the hotel is gorgeous - brand-new rooms and lovely beds. exceptionally nice and unbeatable location right next to subway station, the property is walk from a train station. edogawa is a district that deserves exploring. they have good choice of meals to choose from, the food is good.

The hotel did have a convenient location, with easy access to public transportation and plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The staff were also polite and helpful, which was a plus. It definitely did not live up to my expectations.

The rooms were incredibly small, even for Tokyo standards. It felt like we were staying in a closet!

We had a fantastic stay at Monday Tokyo Nishikasai! The location was perfect, just steps away from the train station, making it super convenient to explore Tokyo. We were pleasantly surprised to find that the hotel offers a free shuttle to Disneyland, which made our visit even more enjoyable. The room was clean and comfortable, with modern amenities like a nice TV and plenty of plugs for all our devices. We also appreciated the portable WiFi provided by the hotel, which was a great help in navigating the city. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making check-in and check-out a breeze. we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Tokyo.

We stayed during the Xmas holidays and we had a great time. The staff was friendly, and they offered us two complimentary items that made our stay even better. The hotel was located in a very convenient spot, close to public transportation and many restaurants. One of the best aspects was the free shuttle that took us to a nearby attraction.

That some of the staff seemed untrained and not very knowledgeable about certain requests we had. the breakfast was limited and seemed overpriced.
